Jira integration: privacy and data use
What is sent
The app reads the current work item title and description when you open its panel. Review and edit this text before choosing Generate BPMN. Only that action sends the reviewed text to Just Flow It for generation using your connected account. Attachments, comments and other work items are not included.
What is stored
Forge stores your API key in secret storage, your Atlassian account identifier, connection authorization metadata, and the current generation or diagram association for each work item you use. Connections are individual within each installation. The key determines the JFI account or organization that owns the diagrams.
Downloads and processing
The preview comes from the JFI API. The procedure PDF is assembled in your browser from the authorized BPMN and image. It does not make an additional AI generation request. Review generated content before use. JFI processing and its service providers follow the main privacy policy and account settings. Installing this app does not guarantee that JFI data follows your Jira data residency region.
Disconnect and deletion
Disconnect removes the saved Forge connection and its work item associations. It does not delete diagrams held by JFI, revoke the API key at JFI or cancel subscriptions. Revoke the key in JFI settings when needed. Atlassian privacy requests remove the associated Forge connection data. For access or deletion requests concerning JFI data, contact contato@justflow.it.
