1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Just Flow It platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and other persons who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Just Flow It is an AI-assisted business process diagram creation platform. The Service allows users to create, edit, collaborate, and export business process diagrams.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur in your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 Available plans

We offer different subscription plans, including a free plan with limited features and paid plans with additional resources. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize automatic billing to the payment method provided.

4.3 Promotional period

We may offer promotional periods with reduced pricing. After the promotional period ends, the full plan amount will be charged automatically unless previously canceled.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds.

4.5 Price changes

We reserve the right to modify plan prices. We will notify users in advance of price changes affecting their active subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Transmit illegal, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Create fake accounts or use third-party identities
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Just Flow It and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including diagrams, texts, and other materials. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation of compensation.

7. Artificial Intelligence

The Service uses artificial intelligence technologies to assist in creating diagrams. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results are suggestions and should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for the final use of any generated content
• We may use usage data in aggregated and anonymous form to improve our models

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Flow It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access or use (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Just Flow It and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Brazilian courts.

14. General Provisions

• Entirety: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Flow It
• Waiver: Failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior consent
